SAYSORRY: Tell us how did you get into yoga?
Marina: Thanks Corona!!! Before that, I had known yoga very marginally, but had never taken it seriously.
However, when the time of deprivation came in spring 2020, more and more "random" ads, hints and information found their way to me. After a few days I couldn't ignore them anymore, bought my first yoga mat and started happily.
Since then I've hardly been able to get away 😉
SAYSORRY: What else do you do in your life when you're not doing yoga?
Marina : When I'm not practicing yoga... Dude, difficult question, because for me it's not just the pure asanas that count as yoga. For me, yoga has become a basic attitude, a way of life.
But every now and then I also pursue my calling as an occupational therapist, devote myself to my dog with full devotion or just kick ass in my creative workshop.
SAYSORRY: If someone asked you, "What is yoga good for anyway?", how would you answer that person?
Marina : For body, mind and soul.
SAYSORRY: What are the most beautiful moments in yoga for you personally?
SAYSORRY: What does »being spiritual« mean to you?
Marina : ... the belief in myself.
Marina : My mat, my eBook reader and drinking water.
SAYSORRY: Which shirt do you like best?
Marina: Love at first sight was "Things I love: Dogs. Yoga. Tea."
